Ribcraft are constructed to the highest standards using Lloyds approved materials. Our standard boats are also built to International Classification Society Rules (DNV-GL) , we also construct boats to meet the MCA Workboat, rescue boat code and Recreational Craft Directive (CE). Ribcraft complies with ISO 9001 and ISO 14401. We can also meet the Irish Department of the Marine structural and coding requirements.
We future proof our MCA coding by complying with the Workboat Code Edition 2. This is the newest Code and includes more rigorous provisions relating to structural strength which requires the Certifying Authority to verify the structure during build.
Every Ribcraft Sea Safari model has full sea trials with the customer present prior to hand over, offering basic familiarisation with the vessel. We can also arrange training, in-depth familiarisation and maintenance of
engines and equipment if required.
